Spanish to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) Deed of sale
Hello, Hope you can help me to clarify this. On a Deed of Sale describing the property's location and address, it reads:

... en esta ciudad, y elementos comunes que le corresponden, equivalentes a VEINTICINCO ENTEROS DE POR CIENTO, con una superficie de...

Just want to double check this refers to 25%.

Many thanks!!

Thanks. Yes, seems overwritten, a lot of unnecessary gobbledygook, to express a basic idea.

.00%

VEINTICINCO ENTEROS DE POR CIENTO > TWENTY FIVE ZERO ZERO PERCENT - so no decimal points.

Better to leave the figure in letters, as it is a UK and US conveyancing and banking convention that letters will prevail over numbers in case there is any discrepancy.

Otherwise, there is no such thing as a 'Deed of Sale' in the UK. It is either a Purchase Deed (laboriously drafted) in unregistered conveyancing or a (short, one-page) Transfer Form or Document in registered conveyancing.

Spanish term (edited): Veinticinco enteros de por ciento

Exactly twenty-five percent

I agree with the other comments and proposals. To convey the precision intended by "enteros de por ciento" (i.e. it is 25.00%, not 24.99% or 25.01%), you could add "exactly". So:
"... in this city, and common elements that correspond thereto, equivalent to EXACTLY TWENTY-FIVE PERCENT PERCENT, with a surface area of..."
