Lara Barnett (asker) Jun 8, 2022:
Context Just to clarify, this is a legal context as it is on a series of medical consent forms relating to personal data handling and usage etc. So i am not sure the literal translation will work for English.
Thanks.
Lara Barnett (asker) Jun 8, 2022:
@ Emmanuella I am aware of the literal translations, i.e. conceivable. It would not be used in this context.

existing now or in the future

You can't do a literal translation here. They basically mean the technology already exists, or could do in the future.

You could even say, for the whole thing, "any existing or future format, medium, or distribution channel".
Note from asker:
Thanks, that's useful. The term I posted contained "concepibile", do you have any ideas for that?
Peer comment(s):

disagree Emmanuella : Future does not mean 'concepibile' cf. c. https://www.treccani.it/vocabolario/concepire_(Sinonimi-e-Co...

technically / technologically conceivable

technical or technological - depending on context
Note from asker:
This is a legal consent form. Although Linguee often shows (non-native) examples of literal usage, in UK I can't really see this literal translation working. Do you have any ideas for the legal context suggested here?
Peer comment(s):

agree Emmanuella : As I suggested in the box
