Es un acuerdo de partes donde se pone de manifiesto que no hay contrato de alquiler mientras no haya contrato firmado.
Para "negotiated" estoy usando "negociado", pero no sé si es correcto o s se usa algún otro término. ¡Gracias!

Both parties hereby agree that all elements of a negotiated lease agreement are essential for them, and as such, based on applicable law, there is no secondary element in the negotiated lease agreement.
