包板涵义：
货运代理公司（空运一级代理）向航空公司承诺，在其某个航线的每个航班（次）上，保证交付一个或几个“板”的货物，每一块板航空公司会收取最底的基本重量，具体根据航空公司与货运代理人的协议条款执行，航空公司则给其与交散舱相比较低的集装货物运价，使其在航空货运市场上取得价格优势，包板的代理商相对包量的代理商压力要大一些.

“板” 是货物的托盘 (pallet). “包板” 就是包货运空间 (cargo space). 每块板都有规定的装货长度，高度，宽度，和重量。
