I agree with Fiona.
Lirka Jul 13, 2020:
Agree with Phil Although I agree with Fiona, that normal (and WNR or unremarkable is usual medical terminology), I do agree with O.K. in this case as it adequately reflects the Italian. "A posto" is also colloquial.

writeaway Jul 13, 2020:
Specialists in the field are your best guide Fiona is a specialist in the field so it's the best/safest bet to accept her criticism of OK. It is in a medical report after all.
philgoddard Jul 13, 2020:
OK is OK! If Federico had suggested "cool" or "kosher" or "hunky dory", that would be different :-)
Fiona Grace Peterson Jul 13, 2020:
@Phil With all due respect, "if values are OK" is not suitable register for a medical report. "If values are unchanged/normal" would be more appropriate.

if unchanged/ok

"stazionari" means that the results of the tests have remained unchanged while "a posto" means that the results are fine/ok.

neutral Fiona Grace Peterson : Agree with "unchanged", but you would not write "ok" in a medical report.

agree philgoddard : This is fine. The Italian is colloquial, and so is the English.
