Den Titel JVI'in lasse ich stehen und suche eine passende Beschreibung/Übersetzung dazu. Ich frage mich auch, ob es eine entsprechende Abkürzung in englisch gibt. Die "Urkundsbeamtin der Geschäftsstelle" könnte man mit "authenticating officer at the court" oder "executive officer at the head office" übersetzen?

The tipstaff is the enforcement officer for all orders made in the High Court. There is only one tipstaff but he is assisted by two assistants as well as the police and court bailiffs when appropriate. https://www.familylawweek.co.uk/site.aspx?i=ed146613

You removed my comment? I interpret in family cases in the High Court and the Tipstaff are responsible for keeping documents safe and on some occasions ensuring that orders are executed. Why is this not relevant to the source text?

No trace found on the Transblawg DE/EN site, though I thought there had been.
Justices' Clerks in E&W are now likely to morph into Senior Legal Managers. 'Tier 4 role holder must be capable of undertaking the most complex of cases conducted in the Magistrates’ court and provide guidance as a *senior legal manager* to members of his/her team.'
Manageress ought not be be discarded as the female form merely because associated in the UK and Ireland with cinemas, restaurants, dept. stores and hotels.
PS a High Court Tipstaff (traditionally male in E&W) fits well a children's (abduction) case.
Justizverwaltungsinspektor/in (= entspricht der Bezeichnung der entsprechenden Ämter für Bedienstete mit Einstieg in der zweiten. Qualifikationsebene).
The Justices' Clerk, as the senior legal manager, is situated at the head of the Legal Adviser Career Structure at Tier 5.

Tentatively entered the term "judicial administrative assistant" in Google, and found many pertaining examples in US and Canada. So thank you all for your support.
On a side note, I would have gone with "tipstaff" in a British context, but my original is actually for US recipients. Should have included that piece of information in my original post.
