محوّل
I read a lot about the takeover loans. Takeover loans are loans which are taken over, or transferred to another banks to help reduce the loan interests which makes it easier for the person to pay the loan.
The literal translation could be استيلاء but, استيلاء doesn't come with the willingness of the person.
استحواذ is also a possibility, and probably better than استيلاء. But the idea in one word is that is a loan which is transferred to another bank.
