Italian term

acquisisce tutte le disposizioni

Italian to English Law/Patents Food & Drink Labelling regulations
In a set of regulations for labelling a particular food product:

La presente disciplina fa salve e acquisisce tutte le disposizioni particolari previste per i sistemi di etichettatura sui mercati extra europei per i quali esistono specifiche disposizioni di legge o accordi tra Paesi.
The rest of the sentence is obvious, but I haven't seen "acquisisce" used in this context before - does it mean something like "take on board", "acknowledge"?
Many thanks,
Ian

I think it's just another way of saying "fa salve", in other words "is without prejudice to".

shall not affect and does acknowledge the provisions..

I tend to agree on acknowledge and with Phil: legalese is very often redundant. Here, however, I see a subtle difference between the two expressions that can be easily maintained.

does adopt all such enactments ...

... is (made) subject to and (does) adopt(s) all such particular provisions... as vs. 'is hereby (in)vested with......' for property or a title.

I can't say whether Phil G's interpretation is right or whether this is a typo for acquiescence in Italian, but the ST / source text hit me as a rough transliteration of a standard Spanish adoption 'equivalent'.
Example sentence:

Adoptar todas las disposiciones legislativas y medidas de política necesarias para garantizar la plena igualdad del hombre y la mujer (Italia)
