German to English Bus/Financial Human Resources types of employees
The text is a company policy.

Die Richtlinie gilt für ABC, einschließlich der direkten Mitarbeiter, indirekten Mitarbeiter (Vertrauenspersonal), Führungskräfte sowie Impatriates und Expatriates (Foreign Service Employee -FSE) im aktiven Arbeitsverhältnis bei ABC.

This group is also called Vertrauensmitarbeiter. I am looking for an HR English language equivalent.

I appreciate your help.

The punctuation implies that both words mean the same thing, but that could be because the writer has a poor grasp of punctuation.

My question is - is there a difference between Indirektpersonal and Vertrauenspersonal. This document likes to include them both. If there is a difference that is what I am looking for. If there is not then I will just go with indirect personnel and leave out the Vertrauenspersonal. What do you think?

You are only an employee if you have an employment contract with the company, however Mitarbeiter also includes contractors, who have a contract with the company, but are not employees. There is probably some kind of declaration/extensive NDA which further commits the contractors. I would also call the "indirekte Mitarbeiter" contractors... or possibly "agents" for "Erfüllungsgehilfen" depending on whether the term is further defined in the text...
