Data Subject Notices

English to Swedish Marketing Law (general) GDPR
I have tried different ways of translating this but still feel there must be a fixed translation for this.

Meddelanden om/till registrerade (personer)

I assume that this has something to do with GDPR. A "Data Subject" is simply a registered person. "Data Subject Notices" is a bit ambiguous as it's not clear whether the notices are to Data Subjects or are to someone else concerning Data Subjects or whatever. Anyway, if you look in the GDPR side by side in the web-reference below, you'll see that Data Subject throughout is translated as "registrerad" or "registrerad person", and I think that solves the problem for you.

(the example sentence I gave is both source and target from the official GDPR)
Example sentence:

There may be an urgent need to act in order to protect the rights and freedoms of data subjects, in particular when the danger exists that the enforcement of a right of a data subject could be considerably impeded.

Det kan uppstå brådskande behov att agera för att skydda registrerades rättigheter och friheter, särskilt när fara föreligger att säkerställandet av en registrerad persons rättighet kan komma att försvåras avsevärt.
