Properties covers just about everything without being too specific.

Holding or property "prédios rústicos" and "prédios urbanos" > agricultural vs. non-agricultural holdings or residential properties in town http://www.proz.com/kudoz/portuguese_to_english/law_general/...
Ana Vozone Jun 5, 2016:
Prédio This term includes "prédios rústicos" and "prédios urbanos". Please read a good description of "prédio" here: https://www.portal-gestao.com/artigos/6378-o-que-são-prédios...
Erzsébet Czopyk (asker) Jun 5, 2016:
is that Building - the single meaning of this word? No other meaning as shed, hovel, etc.? I mean the category of supporting building or attached building... my friend told that there is nothing just ruins of a former house.
Erzsébet Czopyk (asker) Jun 5, 2016:
I understood the 3 buildings - but I am wondering how they can be on grazing land, there are no houses at all... just land. Maybe some ruins?

comprises 3 land plots/land lots/parcels/tracts

these are presumably 3 prédios rústicos as it's grazing land. If it was a 'building' it would be specified on the registo (casa de apoio/armazen etc.)

So take you pick.

agree Susanne Rindlisbacher : or maybe the more neutral "properties"

thanks, I'm not sure if property isn't too vague though
neutral Andrew Bramhall : You can't use ' parcels' ( fr. ' parcelles', esp. ' parcelas, etc ) to describe plots of land;

yes you can. http://www.thefreedictionary.com/parcel of land

disagree Richard Purdom : Not buildings at all. I own various 'predios' both land and buildings, agricultural and woodland, 'predio' covers them all

It includes three out-buildings

..or simply ' buildings' if the said buildings are residential; It more likely means the pasture comes with three sheds, or something similar;
Peer comment(s):

disagree Richard Purdom : the word doesn't exist in hyphenated form, and you've confused predio rustico as used on cadernetas with predio (building)

Portuguese term (edited): ABRANGE 3 PRÉDIOS - RÚSTICO

it comprises 3 (agricultural) holdings

vs. urban = non-agricultural holding, plot or registered 'estate' (tract of land of any size and nowt to do with manorial estates).

A holding is also a UK registered conveyancing term of art. https://www.gov.uk/guidance/register-a-holding-so-that-you-c...

As other contributors with hands-on conveyancing practice might be able to confirm, agricultural use of property, namely farmland, prevails over business use e.g. sale of farm produce. So e.g. the UK Agricultural Holdings Act (AHA) 1986 applies and not the Business Tenancies legislation.

www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1986/5/contents
An Act to consoliddate certain enactments relating to agricultural holdings, with amendments to give effect to recommendations of the Law Commission.
'In my day' 40 years ago, the AHA 1948 used to apply.
Example sentence:

An agricultural holding is the economic unit under a single management engaged in agricultural production activities.

Note from asker:
"Definition: An agricultural holding is the economic unit under a single management engaged in agricultural production activities. The unit may also be engaged in non-agricultural activities so that this concept should not be interpreted too strictly; the aim is rather to value the final production of all agricultural products. Also, establishments or specialised units which provide agricultural services on a fee or contract basis should, in general, be included." / I think this is a company form.
