French to English Bus/Financial Finance (general) Credit facility agreement
Context: a credit facility agreement between a bank and a client, the client has to pledge any assets on their account with the bank as surety for any loans or overdrafts. I saw that the term can be "receivables" but wanted to make sure that this fits the context

Toute réalisation (que le gage porte sur des créances de sommes d'argent ou sur des instruments financiers) pourra s'effectuer dès que le fait entraînant l'exécution de la garantie aura eu lieu, sans envoi préalable d'une mise en demeure.

credits - cash credits

of course receivable is the word, but as the French is a bit colloquial and not really technical, you may wish to opt for a more colloquial term.
