Italian to English Law/Patents Law (general) divorce document

From a divorce judgement. I am trying to work out if this is a typing error or an actual word, as I have never seen it before and can find no reference to it anywhere.

The source sentence is : ".... la somma di Lire XXXX per ciascuno dei figli con obbligo all'accloguamento di tale somma annualmente al costo della vita secondo dati ISTAT."

I think it must mean adjusting the sum annually according to official ISTAT data regarding the cost of living, however I am puzzled about the word "accloguamento". Any help would be greatly appreciated!
