Follow these steps when maintenance is required on an exchanger:
1. Put TIC-505A/B for the exchanger being cleaned in “Manual” at 0% open.
Increase the other TIC-505A/B controller set point.
2. Open the 10” G63PXXA bypass valve around the Feed Gas Heaters.
3. Close the 6” G33P block valve upstream of the TV-505A/B.
4. Close the 10” B63RX2A ball inlet and outlet block valves on the gas (tube) side of the exchanger.
