典型的弃权条款，以下译文供参考：

Neither any inspection by the Owner, nor any order, instruction, direction or issue of any certificate by the Owner for payment of money under this Contract nor any exercise by the Owner of the rights of the Operator shall operate as a waiver of any provision of this Contract or of any power reserved to the Owner or any right to damages provided pursuant to this Contract, nor shall any waiver of any breach in this Contract be held to be a waiver of any other subsequent breach.


业主进行的任何检验、或业主为支付本合同项下之款项而发出的任何命令、指示、指令或出具的任何证书、亦或是业主对运营商权利的任何行使，

均不得视为放弃本合同的任何规定、或放弃预留给业主的任何权力或本合同规定的提出损害赔偿的任何权利，

放弃追究本合同项下的任何违约行为亦不得被认定为放弃追究任何其他后续违约行为。

注：
1. 很多专业律所在翻译合同协议时倾向于把“provisions”译文“约定”，因为这是双方的意思表达，而在翻译法律法规时倾向于把“provisions”译文“规定”；
2. Power=》权力，right=》权利；
3. right to damages=》提出/获得损害赔偿的权利。
