lime Vermont stone

The hotel encompasses all of today’s major touchstones: farm-to-table locavore menus and biodynamic wines at two restaurants, locally-sourced materials ***lime Vermont stone*** and reclaimed oak in public spaces and guest rooms, green roofs, handiwork from local artists and artisans, free bikes to borrow and LEED-certification.
Ist euch Vermont für Kalkstein bekannt? Mir bisher nicht. Die Wortstellung irritiert mich hier auch.
Danke.

English term (edited):
like Vermont stone
Selected
Note from asker:
Danke, Steffen. |
Ja, es liegt in Vermont. |

lokal bezogene Materialien, Vermonter Kalkstein
I just thought I throw in an alternative, although Steffen's suggestion works perfectly well.

: Ich denke ja gerade nicht, dass hier Kalkstein gemeint ist, was auch durch die seltsame Wortstellung gestützt wird (lime = like).
