Scharnierband
The expression butt hinge is translated by various sources as Scharnierband.
Whether full mortise can be translated as "voll versteckt" or "verdeckt" is something I'm not too sure of. Both descriptions can be found in connection with Scharnierbände.

The only other information I found mentions "Nutscharniere" and "Halbnutscharniere" for full mortise and half mortise hinges- but from Chinese companies whose translations are to be treated with utmost care.

Discussion
full mortise hinge, full surface hinge, half mortise hinge and half surface hinge. That's why I need to know, if there is a special term for it or if my translation is correct. And by the way, the text is about hinges with fixed pins - so it must be Band and not Scharnier.
