Italian term

oscuramento/deoscuraramento

Italian to English Law/Patents IT (Information Technology) Privacy
I am translating some forms regarding Privacy in the healthcare setting. This term appears in a few different places.

One form authorizes the "oscuramento" of specific information, another authorizes the "deoscuramento." The full sentences are "CHIEDO L’OSCURAMENTO (non visibilità) SUL SISTEMA INFORMATICO AZIENDALE DEI DATI RELATIVI AI SEGUENTI EVENTI" and "CHIEDO IL DEOSCURAMENTO (ripristino visibilità) SUL SISTEMA INFORMATICO AZIENDALE DEI DATI RELATIVI AI SEGUENTI EVENTI"

Another form states "potrò decidere di oscurare, in qualsiasi momento, singoli documenti relativi ad episodi di diagnosi e cura."

I can find "oscuramento" on Wikipedia, but there it seems to just apply to hiding offending websites. There is no corresponding page in English. From what I gather from that Wikipedia page, it seems like "oscuramento" would mean that certain websites can be hidden or redirected, so it does not seem to fit this particular context.

My best guess for translating this would be "Hide" and "Unhide." You can, after all, "hide" a folder on your computer, so it seems like it would be a similar concept. It also seems to me like this is a very specific technical term, so I do not want to just guess.

Thank you all in advance!

One was based on data obscuration, i.e., modifying the data values so real values are not disclosed

English has no single word with the meaning opposite to obscuration. A possibility is obscured data restoration as explained in the page below
A search on deoscuraramento with Google shows that the use of this Italian word is restricted to two examples.
Note from asker:
Trouble is that "restore" = "ripristino" which is the very next word "ripristino visibilità"
