Japanese term

新生科学

Japanese to English Science Science (general)
I have been asked if "Neogenesis Science" is an appropriate translation of 新生科学. I don't think so but nor do I know what an appropriate is. Has anybody come across this term?

Discussion

neogenesis scienceだと生体組織の再生/新生に関わる科学というニュアンスが強いと思います。それが文脈に合っているならそれで良いと思いますが。

科学自体が生まれたばかりという意味ならちょっと違いますよね。

Thank you for your suggestions Thanks for everyone's suggestions. I gave the client the options but they want to stick with Neogenesis.

New and Emerging Sciences

Although this is the translation of a Chinese definition it should be applicable to Japanese:
http://www.ichacha.net/新生科学技术领域.html

新生科学技术领域 = new and emerging areas of science and technology
As a stand-alone word I would use the plural form of the noun rather than the singular.

Personally, depending on the context of your translation, Cinefil's "Fledgeling Science" also seems to be an interesting option!
