翻訳経験については、現在、イギリスのバース大学院修士課程日英翻訳通訳科で翻訳と通訳の勉強が終りましたからフリーの翻訳に戻ります。その前はフルタイムの翻訳者として 2年間半、東京の翻訳会社で働いていました。同時にフリーの翻訳者として働いていました。東京に来る前に北海道教育大学札幌校の常勤講師であり。大学における講義を行うと同時に、他の教授の研究論文の翻訳補助、国際的行事等の調整（通訳、翻訳）も行っております。

I have approximately 6 years experience as a Japanese to English translator. I have been working as freelance translator for the last two years after obtaining my M.A. in Japanese/English Interpreting and Translating at Bath University, England. Previously, I worked for two and half years as the in-house J to E translator at a major investor relations company in Tokyo. At the same time, I worked as a freelancer for several Japanese agencies. Before that, I was a professor of English at Sapporo University of Education, Hokkaido, Japan. In addition to teaching, I helped other professors translate academic papers into English, assisted with translating and interpreting at international events, and had papers published in peer reviewed academic journals. I also worked as a freelance translator at this time.
