The deed shall have such effect in respect of that person from the date specified in the said deed (which date may not be earlier than the date of such deed) or upon the occurrence of some future event specified in the said deed provided that this power shall not be capable of being exercised so as to derogate from any interest to which any Beneficiary has previously become indefeasibly entitled whether in possession or in reversion or otherwise
