Italian term
archivio dei rapporti finanziari

Finance (general)
This is a database held by the Italian Revenue Agency which financial institutions must report data in relation to 'rapporti'. These include current accounts, savings accounts, safety deposit boxes, one-off transactions, derivative contracts and other things. I'm really trying to find the best way to write 'rapporti' in an appropriate way in English. I was considering using accounts and transactions as a way of describing them but I'd welcome any other suggestions.

financial data archive
This is essentially a massive data archive, so I would use the generic term followed by clarification if appropriate in your context
e.g.
financial data archive (accounts, savings, transactions, contracts etc.)
e.g.
financial data archive (accounts, savings, transactions, contracts etc.)
Note from asker:
I think that's a good suggestion Thomas. I somehow still have to find a generic way of saying 'rapporti' since this comes up throughout the text to talk in general about the database. But thanks for the answer for the database name - sounds good |

Financial relationship archive
I think you have to go with "relationship". In banking sometimes you can get away with customers and sometimes with accounts. But sometimes the relationship is with a party which is not a customer and has more than one account, or doesn't even have an account and these will probably crop up in this database. Additionally, this database is very much about who as well as how much. The term "customer relationship" is now very common, and "financial relationship" Googles quite well too.
