I simply confirmed what you said about a possible abbreviation. I still hold the view that your interpretation of 'one year' is far out, though :)

"ena" - "ett/en år" (could have been a lazy author) - shortened to "ena" internally in document. Given it relates to minimum tenancies, it doesn't seem implausible. However, I didn't suggest it was right - that's why I posted my musing in the discussion thread!

Yes, it is an abbreviation, just like I mentioned/expanded in my answer. I fail to see how 'one year' could fit in here.
