This phrase is taken from the terms and conditions of sale for a retailer. I'm not sure how this would be worded in English. Anyway suggestions are welcome.

Trascorso il termine concesso al cliente per esercitare il diritto di recesso, lo stesso **potrà far valere eccezioni** e/o azioni per i vizi propri della merce e/o garanzie, esclusivamente nei confronti della casa produttrice.

I think "raise objections" is the right idea, but would we actually say this in real life? You would just report the defect to the manufacturer for them to take action.
