Mindezen enyhítő és súlyosító körülmények figyelembevételével úgy látta hogy a vádlottakkal szemben a büntetési célok elegendőek lesznek a rendelkező részben írt , a Btk. 72.§ (l)és(5)bekezdése szerinti próbára bocsátás intézkedés alkalmazásával is.

Az erősen formulaisztikus mondatban "elegendőek" helyesen = "elérhetőek". Ezt EGYÜTT kellett volna feltenni kérdésként, annál is inkább, mert a semmitmondó "büntetési célok" legalább 6-féleképp mondhatók az aim/purpose/objective + punishment/penal kombinációival.
