Comment???
The whole sentence goes like this:
[from general conditions of purchase, section on payment]
Tous nos reglements se font par billet a ordre a echeance 90 jours etabli fin de mois le 10 date des factures recues et sous reserve de nos controles...
I think there's some punctuation missing or the odd word here and there. Can you help?

Comment: "Not eaxactly, but near enough. It appears to be 90 days from the end of the month, provided you submit your invoice by the 10th of that month. Jane's answer was the clearest and gets the points. Thanks to everyone."

the last day of the month in which the invoice was received
There are definitely words missing. I'm guessing "etabli a partir du fin de mois de la date des factures recues". I can't figure out the 10.

This is interesting. One suggestion: Suppose it is June 9. Then the echeance of 90 days is not counted from the end of June but from the end of May. If it is June 10, the echeance is counted from the end of June.

Or it could be the other way around. If it is June 9, the echeance could be counted from the end of the month. If it is June 11, the echeance will be counted from the end of July. In fact, that would make more \"sense\".
The second question: is the deadline always the last day of a month, or is it the 10th of the month, as suggested in the following answer?

It is an absolute waste of time to find the right answer for the \"professonials\" when somebody else gets the points.
