I can't see any other way. Obviously "have ... work" is employ, but that will already be used with "assumere" and as it is a contract it is best to be as faithful as possible to the meaning. I thought of using "personnel" instead of worker, but again "my personnel" might be construed narrowly as "on my payroll".

I can't see any other way. Obviously "have ... work" is employ, but that will already be used with "assumere" and as it is a contract it is best to be as faithful as possible to the meaning.
