English to Russian Law/Patents Law (general) Loan Agreement

Доброе утро!

Помогите, пожалуйста, перевести Security Certificate в контексте Рамочного кредитного соглашения.

Вот небольшой отрывок из него:
I, the undersigned President of the Borrower, duly authorised by its Board of Directors, hereby certify that:
(1) except as described in the attached schedule or as otherwise validly pledged or assigned to ХХХ Bank as Security for the Loan, the Borrower has not from the date of first Disbursement under the Loan:
(i) become the owner of any immovable assets with respect to which the Immovables Mortgage or any Financing Agreement contemplates will become a part of the Security

Сертификат обеспечения? Или кто-нибудь встречал какое-нибудь другое название?
