Владимир, а как по-вашему лучше передать "болезненное состояние всего организма"? Мне кажется, "feeling unwell" довольно неопределенно и может относиться к чему угодно. Здесь же нужно четко указать на общее болезненное состояние - как симптом. |

: feeling sick больше значит "испытывать тошноту", лучше "general feeling of being unwell" или malaise, если нужен медицинский термин
