Un comentario tardío. Para traducir correctamente este término falta contexto. ¿De qué están hablando exactamente? ¿Del calcitriol o de una solución de calcitriol? (Es decir, del patrón o de una solución de patrón?

Si están hablando del calcitriol, se puede hablar de 'content' o de 'purity', como dijo John. En ese caso, el porcentaje debe ser cercano al 100 %.

Si, en cambio, se trata de una solución patrón (ce calcitriol, claro), se refieren a una concentración ('concentration', aunque a veces también se ve 'strength'). En ese caso, el porcentaje debe ser mucho menor del 100 % (incluso menor del 20 % en la gran mayoría de los casos).

Como sólo indican un porcentaje, me inclino por la primera posibilidad. Si se tratase de una concentración, deberían indicar el tipo de porcentaje: en masa (m/m) o en volumen (m/v). Pero siempre es posible que hayan omitido esta indicación por distracción.

En todo caso, la traducción pertinente no es 'robustness'.
