Chinese to English
Bus/Financial
Law: Contract(s)
This is in context of a agreement between 3 parties, where parties A and B are in a principal and dealer relationship for some equipment and they already have a prior after-sales service agreement. The third party comes in as the 被委托方, and is commissioned/assigned/entrusted (I don't which which) to take on the after-sales service from Party B after the service warranty expiries.
I'll appreciate if I can get some advice / discussion on the correct term to use in this situation.
Thanks in advance!

Selected
entrusted or assigned
the "entrusted" or "assigned"shall be the preference .
