English to French Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)
The Indemnified Parties shall not be entitled to make a Claim to the extent that the Loss or the matter to which it relates: (a) has been or is made whole or is otherwise compensated for without cost to the relevant Indemnified Parties or the Company; (b) is recovered by the Company under any of the Company’s policies of insurance; or (c) is covered by a specific reserve or provision in the Interim Accounts.

je pensais plus au sens " remboursé à 100%".

Si ça voulait dire "indemnisation", ce ne serait pas suivi de "compensated".
"To make whole" veut dire "réparer", "restaurer à l'état initial."

indemniser c'est "compensated" qui suit.
