Italian term
rapporto convenzionale
Italian to English
Law/Patents
Law: Contract(s)
Document stating requirements in order to contract with health authority
Is this just another way of saying "contractual relationship" please? The previous sentence states that the A.S.S. has delegated the task of drawing up and signing the "convenzione" with the company in question, to the Direttore del Dipartimento di Prevenzione (Health Care Services I think). The "convenzione" relates to providing doctors in order to provide health surveillance services in an industrial setting (Leg. Decree 81/2008). Is this simply "contractual relationship"? Many thanks for giving your time to helping me with this.
