Spanish term (edited): masificación

¿Tal vez la palabra que quedaría bien sería "masificación"?

Se puede traducir como growth / development.

"La Masividad es el propósito de activar y movilizar a las personas y colectivos en la participación directa o indirecta pero de modo concreto en la búsqueda de soluciones en cada lugar, permitiendo identificar el aporte dado en el campo de la integración y cooperación."
