Feedback The word "feedback" is used commonly in English when someone completes a test and is given information on their results, positive or negative, particularly in the fields of psychology and recruitment, (like in personality or psychometric testing) is this word used in Italian (borrowed from English) for this purpose? Thanks in advance!

However, I feel that the Italian author hasn't quite understood the English feedback. They made an assessment that that was the feedback, which are real feedback should go to the person assessed, but probably went to senior managment.
