the officials' table
Unless it's referring to military or security personnel, for eg., I think "officials" would be more appropriate than "officers." And it needs the possessive apostrophe. Hope that helps!

: Yes, you would need to know more about the composition of the top table before using "officers", who could also be the officers of a company/corporation.
