Turkish term

Aaman

Non-PRO Turkish to English Other General / Conversation / Greetings / Letters Songs
I am not sure of teh spelling. It's a word that appears in a lot of Arabic songs, and I am assuming it is originally Turkish.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Tim Hi Tim,
Thanks for the input. Does it mention the original Arabic word?
Tim Drayton Apr 9, 2010:
Arabic origin Murat Awad is correct, but according to the respected Turkish Language Institute dictionary of Turkish, this word originates from the Arabic language.
