Esta deberá poseer un orificio de un diámetro tal que permita el ingreso de un cable de 3 o 5mm.

Debe contar con una guía para el almacenamiento de fibra de 900um a 3mm y cuyo radio de curvatura sea el admisible a las fibras ITU G. 657.

La guías deberá soportar el almacenamiento de 40cm de longitud de fibra de 900um a 5mm. Esta longitud es la suma del margen de ganancia del cable de drop más el pigtail.

neutral Sergio Campo : Cindy, after reading Gary's answer and the source text more carefully, I am not so sure about it anymore. It is clearly speaking about a length of cable. I don't think the term "margen de ganancia" is properly used to refer to "cable slack" though

I don't think they're using "margen de ganancia" correctly here, and while they may be talking about the length of the cable, I don't think it's referring to slack.
