Przypuszczam, że chodzi o warunki i że przed tym warunkiem są inne warunki. Jeżeli tak, oczywiście jest "w danym przypadku" i nie trzeba po angielsku dodać "in such cases". Ale jeżeli kontekst nie jest taki, trzeba dodać "in such cases".

: though the "requires permission" bit seems a bit confusing - I'd prefer "requires a permit"///In my (fairly extensive, unfortunately) experience with Polish bureaucracy, there's no such thing as verbal permission. Everything has to be in writing.

In the US "niby-polski", we have "pozwolenie ustne", which wouldn't be a permit. What about in actual Polish?
