I think "replenishable deposit with no penalties for withdrawal" can be used as an EXPLANATION of the term - if such explanation is needed. But for a simple TRANSLATION, "on-demand deposit", "demand deposit", or simply DEPOSIT would do. Thanks, Rachel!

: Misha is absolutely right. It requires completely ignoring the context of the asker's question, to suggest that the transaction in question could be described in the same terms as a WUI money transfer (whether sent at a bank or some other WUI outlet).

I think "replenishable call deposit (account)" could be a possible translation of "депозитного вклада "до востребования", but I am not a native speaker of English. Nevertheless I hope I could help you!
