A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).
Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

Gips sala ili gipsara
Međutim, reč "gipsaona" se koristi samo u Vojvodini (npr. u bolnici u Novom Sadu: http://www.vojvodina.com/txts/telefoni.txt ili u Subotici: http://www.zc-subotica.org.yu/sr/ob-odeljenja-ortopedija.php... Meni zvuči više hrvatski, što nije retko čuti u Vojvodini (kao i "riža", "tržnica" itd.). U Beogradu i u bolnicama u Srbiji južnije od Beograda kaže se "gipsara" (npr: http://www.imd.org.yu/ambulante.html). U nekim bolnicama ponekad se kaže i "gips sala", i možda je to izraz koji zvuči formalnije i koji bi vam odgovarao...?
Inače, reč sadrenje se ne koristi u Srbiji.
