It appears in this sentence, which describes the scene of an accident, ¨ El Señor XYZ me informa por la misma via el posible fallecimiento de varias personas en el predio de XYZ perteneciente a la tenencia del devanador municipio de XYZ, estado de XYZ.¨

If you look at the heading it states where the source text comes from, in this case Mexico.

May be it's about a machine/device which caused the accident, and/or appears as an evidence in the scene. We do not have much context...
