Japanese term

炭素質カーボン

Japanese to English Tech/Engineering Engineering: Industrial Carbon
This needs to be specific, so I can't just say "carbon". I was thinking of "carbon grade (quality) carbon", but does that sound odd? I'd like to hear some of your opinions.

carbonaceous carbon

I think that the term should be carbonaceous carbon. Please see the references below.
Example sentence:

"First, the graphite powder and the graphite carbon powder are distinguished from a carbonaceous carbon powder, in that the carbonaceous carbon powder is a carbon which is not graphitized and is, therefore, amorphous."

"Organic and carbonaceous carbon in surface Kara Sea sediments"
