Title of a paragraph, which then reads:

Consider dropping it altogether. "The pledged assets, hereinafter referred to collectively as the 'Pledged Assets', are to following:" The assiette is an abstraction that English gets along perfectly well without. I bet it's a throwaway that doesn't recur
