hier wurde die Übersetzung von "tale istituto" gefragt und nicht mehr; m. E. versteht der Autor die "excezzione di inadempimento" (=Einrede der Nichterfüllung") als eine juristische Einrichtung

| O.k., das ist der Bezug, danke! Google aber mal, was eine "juristische Einrichtung" ist, dann siehst du, dass das auf keine Fall die Lösung sein kann.... |

: Den Conte-Boss habe ich auch. Da steht auch was von "Einrichtung" - nur paßt es bei dieser Frage nicht.
