English term

Medium Capitals

English to Japanese Tech/Engineering Advertising / Public Relations Guiddline to make newsletter, brochure
It is defined as follows in the URL below, but does anyone know if there is any proper Japanese words for this term? Or should I just use it as it is, Medium Capitals...? And also, I'm not sure the meaning of full capitals in the following definition.
"A set of capital-shaped letters that are scaled between small capitals or lowercse x-height and the full capitals of the design."

ミディアムキャピタル

おそらくカタカナとなります。
Small, medium and full capital letter all have the shape of capital (upper case) letters (such as A, B, C, D, E ..., not a, b, c, d, e ...), but they have different heights.
すべて大文字の形をしていますが、高さが違います。
一番高いがFull capital (普通の大文字)で、一番低いがSmall capital (小文字の高さと一緒)です。Mediumというのはその間の中高です。
Peer comment(s):

agree KathyT : Small caps are mostly スモールキャップ in Japanese, so presumably the shorthand メディアムキャップ would also be fine.
