Me parece que son cuatro patitas que no rayan superficies finas o pulidas.

Yo no usaría aquí el prefijo anti, pero si lo usas, por favor no lo escribas separado del resto de la palabra, ni con espacio ni con guión.

Si pones piedini antigraffio en Google images, verás una gran cantidad de productos --desde sillas hasta lámparas o engrapadoras-- que tienen patas o patitas que no rayan, sean de plástico o de hule.

en este link habla de piecera de plástico y te muestra el dibujo. Creo que se le puede agregar que el material no se deteriora, no se raya o algo de eso.
