Danish term

træk

Danish to English Bus/Financial Finance (general) distribution
Not much context. Again in table comprising a checklist of instructions that appear to concern the financial control of goods distribution:
Ressourcestyring, træk - trailer.
As far as I've seen, træk can mean a few different things, and I simply don't understand what this is talking about. If anyone else does, please advise.
Proposed translations (English)
3 towbar / pull (depending
3 pull to withdrawal

Dana Sackett Lössl May 31, 2007:
Given that "træk" follows the word "ressourcestyring" and precedes "trailer", I doubt that they are using the word in a financial context. To be sure, however, you are probably going to have to ask the customer.
Helen Johnson (asker) May 31, 2007:
Sorry, but I can't be more specific. There is no other context. It's one of the strangest documents I've seen. How people can expect accurate translations when they give you something right out of the blue I don't know. All I do know is that it appears to be talking about a financial computer system to handle orders, consignments, payments, etc., and the document swaps willy-nilly from talking about the financial aspects to the transportation.

towbar / pull (depending

I imagine this could be either
1) a towbar, used for pulling a trailer, or
2) the verb "pull" (as in to pull an item from stock, or even pull a trailer).
It is hard to tell without more context.

pull to withdrawal

could you be a little more specific about the context of this word træk, please.
as far as I understand it is within the area of Finance, but the Danish word træk has very many different meanings from pull to withdrawal.
