For an accurate translation to be provided, more context should be mentioned... Thanks

"ماركة محترمة"

That's basically what it means. You can put it between quotation marks if it sounds too colloquial.

Peer comment(s):

disagree Mohamed Ghazal : Regular, mild/lights, extra mild/lights, ultra mild/lights, etc... Never decent!!

سجائر جيدة بها ما يكفي من نيكوتين

From the context of http://www.blog.ukuleleonline.com/index.php

Speaking of Daddy Duke, he bought me a carton of Lucky Strike Filter Lights. They’re decent cigarettes, but they burn really fast and are lighter than the Pall Malls I’m used to. End result: I smoke twice as many.

English term (edited): decent

لا بأس بها

The adjective "decent" in this context does not mean a postive endorsement of quality, like "good" or "fine," for example. Instead, it simply means "OK" or "acceptable." A thing is called decent if it is not positively bad.

This is different from the term "decent" when referring to a human being or in the context of a moral judgment. That would be a different kind of decency.
