perpetuity period

English to Dutch Law/Patents Law (general)
The trust period is the period of 80 years beginning with the date of my death. That period is the perpetuity period applicable to this Settlement under the rule against perpetuities.

levenslange periode, eeuwigdurend

I'm not an expert, but Van Amerongen, in Terminologie Financieel Management [Samson] -- "notoriously unreliable" according to some ;-) -- renders the term 'perpetuity' as: a. levenslang bezit, levenslange lijfrente; b. eeuwigdurende rente. Hope this helps anyway!
